Therapy Aide/Receptionist

Our fun, family focused therapy clinic is seeking an energetic, personable, and compassionate individual for our Therapy Aide/Receptionist position!

The fun and creative team at Minnesota Masonic Children’s Clinic for Communication Disorders (MMCCCD) provides Speech-Language Therapy services to children ages birth to 9 at no cost to families. The Therapy Aide/Receptionist provides assistance to the therapists, office manager and families of the clinic. Duties include coordinating volunteers, supporting group therapy sessions, assisting therapists with patient and family care, and assisting with front desk responsibilities.

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year child care experience.

Must effectively communicate with staff, clients, family members, visitors and leadership staff.
Demonstrate patience, tact, and enthusiasm, as well as a willingness to work with clients, families, staff and visitors at various levels.

Exercise confidentiality to ensure compliance with all HIPAA regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
